It is located on the central Oregon Coast 4 miles north of Yachats.

Downstairs: Bedroom#1 has 1 queen bed, loveseat, recliner, TV ,DVD, and VCR.

Upstairs: Bedroom #2, two queen size beds with private deck bedroom shares bathroom with Bedroom #3 which has one queen size bed
Bedroom #4 has one queen size bed
Bedroom #5 has two sets of bunk beds and one queen bed
Bedrooms 1, 2, and 5 have a great view, bedrooms 3 and 4 have a tiny view.

The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking and eating utensils.

The house has blankets and pillows. You will need to bring your own sheets, towels, paper products and cleaning rags. All the cleaning supplies are supplied by us, except for the cleaning rags. You will be expected to clean the house like you found it as it will be inspected when you leave. If you prefer to have a cleaning service clean the house it will be an additional charge of $120.

The beach house is located about 4 miles north of Yachats, 4 miles south of Waldport and 15 miles south of Newport. Yachats is a quaint little coastal town of about 600 people. The beach house is located in the middle of lots of things to do. Below are links to places of interest.
