Bring your book, kite, shovel and escape to this peaceful beach. Oceanfront home has four bedrooms with two king beds, two twin beds and a twin trundle daybed and 2.5 bathrooms. Large oceanfront family room with dining table offers lots of windows to hear the ocean and enjoy the breeze. Living room has cable TV and DVD/VCR, and two bedrooms with cable TV. Main phone line offers unlimited long distance calling within the US and a second phone line for internet access. Child friendly house with a fenced lawn. Also nice for beachlovers needing a ground level house without stairs for access. Nice patio overlooking the ocean to sunbathe, play or eat outdoors under the shade of the Three Palm trees. Enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off the salt and sand after an adventure on the beach.

A temporary membership to the Serenata Beach Club is available. The club offers a state of the art fitness center, an adult pool, family pool, baby pool and an activity room and director. Ocean view dining, indor and outdoor, great for the whole family or an adult night out. Due to the nature of this special agreement, use of the club includes a $125/week (approx.) access fee for a family as well as sales tax. User fees (food, goods and rentals, etc.) associated with use of the club are not included.

Located along a secluded beach, the Three Palms is on a 10 mile stretch of single family oceanfront homes, no condos, with natural habitat across the road (Florida's Guana State Park with access 4 miles north). The Three Palms is about one hour south of the Jacksonville airport and 20 minutes north of St. Augustine on AIA.

In the center of activities, golf, sport fishing, shopping and historical sightseeing are abundant within a 30 minute ride. During nesting season, many turtles come here to lay their eggs. We can provide you with more detailed information about local activities upon request.
