| This luxurious home has plenty of space for an extended family or two families. With over 4500 square feet of airconditioned space and an additional 3500 square feet of decks, gives this home a total of 8000 square feet of living space. Enjoy your own private sand beach with great swimming. This is very close to where the dolphins gather. the dock is a perfect setup with snook lights and a fish cutting board. A boardwalk extends from the pool area to the dock.
The living area is open to the kitchen and dining room offering a large spacious feel. Fabulous water views of Pine Island Sound can be observed from the dining, living, screen porch and large living area. Behind the living area is a large media room with big flat screen tv and entertainment center. This is truly the perfect setup for enjoying a week in heaven. There are 4 master suites with private baths and another large room for the kids and a loft area. 3 of the 4 master suites have large decks.
This home is equipped with two golf carts, fishing poles, beach toys, pool toys and cast nets for excellent fishing. At the Club you can sign out bikes, additional beach chairs and kayaks.
The grounds are well maintained with a nice tropical feel and a sense of privacy. Chateau Bleu is truly a wonderful vacation retreat to enjoy friends and family.
