The Palms of Paradise is a lovely four-bedroom home with upscale furnishings, several notches above the typical vacation rental home. And it is just 1-1/2 blocks from beautiful white-sugar-sand Miramar Beach. Dining shopping and amusements are close at hand. You can swim with dolphins, cruise the Gulf, parasail, kayak or partake in any of dozens of other nearby activities.
The tasteful, spacious master BR features a king bed, large walk-in closet, TV/DVD/VCR, ceiling fan and a private bath with twin sinks, shower, and garden soaker tub.
There are two bedrooms with queen beds and top line mattresses and bedding, plus TV/DVD or TV/VCR. The fourth bedroom features two comfortable twin beds and a TV/VCR. All bedrooms and baths are on a single floor - no stairs to deal with.
The large living room features a comfortable sofa, cushy love seat and an entertainment system with large flat screen TV, DVD and video library. You'll have a separate dining room that seats 6, a breakfast nook off the kitchen and seating for 4 at the breakfast bar.
The spacious kitchen has everything you'll need for housekeeping, including range/oven, dishwasher, disposal, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with ice and filtered water dispenser, microwave, blender, mixer, coffee pot, toaster, crock pot and scads of utensils.
After a day at the beach, you can lounge on your private backyard patio with large gas grill, catch your favorite shows on the large screen TV, and just kick back and get away from everyday for a while. If you need to stay in touch with the world, wireless Internet is here for you.

$625/week; $105/night; 3-night minimum
Spring Break: Feb 27 - April 16, 2010
$1375/week; $210/night, 6-night minimum. We rent to responsible student groups. We offer a $100/week family discount.
Spring: April 17 - May 14, 2010
$925/week; $140/night, 3-night minimum
Summer: May 15 - August 13, 2010
$1775/week; $265/night, 6-night minimum
*Rates are for up to 6 people. The home sleeps up to 9, so add $50/week ($10/night) per additional person over age 2.
Rental to Student Groups
We rent to responsible student groups with a $750 security deposit and $90 cleaning fee.
Policy on Pets
Small pets are welcome. $125/week for one, $200/week for two.
Reservations
Half of rent is due upfront to secure the reservation. The remainder of the rent, plus 11.5% Florida tax and a $500 ($750 for students) security deposit are due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.
The security deposit will be refunded within 2-3 days of checkout, if the property is left in the condition in which it was found and all rental policies are followed.
All reservations during summer season are from Saturday (4 pm check-in) to Saturday (10 am check-out).
Cleaning Fee
A $90 cleaning fee will be charged for rentals of less than a full week.

We accept PayPal for your convenience, so you can pay by credit card.
Monthly Rentals
The home is reserved for Dec-Feb.
