Both are located on the beachside of the Village center area, are totally updated, extremely well appointed, and have private pools. Captiva's beach has been rated the most romantic for its calm, warm water and gorgeous sunsets.

Recently redecorated, detailed amenities reflect finished homes rather than a rental unit. The brand new kitchens in each house is fully equipped and the dining area choices include a separate dining room, or the table at the pool near the Weber gas grill.

You're only a 2 minute walk to the best restaurants and shops in Captiva's charming village. Enjoy the extensive bike paths with our free men's and ladies' 7-speed bicycles. Golf is available at two 18 hole courses just 15 minutes away on nearby Sanibel Island. What vacation spot could be better?

Nearby rentals for golf carts, scooter coupes, boats, kyacks, parasailing, jetskis, rollerblades, childrens bikes and helmets. Cruises to other islands also available. Fishing is also available from the beach, docks or boat.

Normal 7 day stay check-in is Saturday at 4pm (16:00 hr).

Check-out is Saturday at 10 am (10:00 hr).

Smoking is not permitted inside the home.
