This large, 2200 square foot home is perfectly situated in Carillon Beach directly across from the beach and only 15 yards to the dune walk-over. The downstairs master bedroom/bath has a king-size bed, whirlpool tub and separate dual showers. A second spacious master bedroom with queen bed is located upstairs with its own bath and balcony overlooking the backyard garden. The third bedroom has a queen bed and the fourth bedroom has two (2) twin beds. All bedrooms have televisions and open to a porch or balcony.

The kitchen, dining room and living room are all located on the second floor. The large, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen has a center island and granite countertops. The 15 by 30 foot great room (equipped with a 25 inch TV, VCR and stereo disc player) has a vaulted ceiling and opens through three sets of French doors to a 24 by 10 foot veranda with great Gulf views. The veranda has adirondack rocking chairs and glass topped table for outside dining.

This home is furnished in teak and mahogany with four poster beds, luxurious linens and plush wrap-around towels. The dining room table seats eight to 10. This house can comfortably accommodate 10 people with a queen sofa bed in the living room. Coasting On Idyll is perfect for family get-togethers, reunions, weddings, retreats or a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation on the emerald coast in an idyllic location.

Carillon Beach, where Coasting On Idyll is located, is a gated, gulf-front community consisting primarily of single family homes. There are three community pools with a fourth under construction. The Beach Club Pool is located directly on the Gulf and is a five minute walk from Coasting. The East Side Pool is located a little further along Beachside Drive and is heated year round. The Family Pool, located behind Coasting On Idyll is also a five minute walk away. Adjacent to the Family Pool are tennis courts, a basketball court and a playground. The Carillon Beach Inn & Spa is due to open in June, 2007. Perhaps one of the more subtle pleasures is the Carillon (bell tower) which chimes softly on the quarter, half and full hour. At different times throughout the year, guest Carilloners play the bells. It is an experience that should not be missed. There is very little traffic in Carillon and it is very safe.
