Payment Policies Payments can be made with Visa, MasterCard, AMX, and Discover cards. Please call us and we will take your billing information over the phone. Payments may also be made by check, money order or cashiers check, and mailed to our office.
A reservation down payment is required. The remainder of the rental fee may be mailed one month before arrival.
Severe Weather Policy Cancellations or early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund. This includes Hurricanes. We recommend purchasing travel insurance, which can normally be done with your own insurance companies (ask about such protection).
Cancellation Policy If you must cancel, do so at least 45 days prior to your arrival date so the house can be re-rented. If the house is re-rented you will receive your deposit minus 18% of the purchase price. We will do our best to re-rent this house for you however if the house is not re-rented you will lose your deposit. Please contact us with any questions.
Damage Disclosure If anything is damaged or stolen the renter is responsible for replacement or repairs and understands that their credit card will be charged for payment to replace any damaged items.
