These beachfront homes are located on the south end of Palm Island directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Palm Island, also known as Don Pedro Island, is a barrier island off the coast of Englewood and Placida, Florida. The island is accessible by car ferry, or you may choose to drive a golf cart. The two special stilt homes have their own private gulf front beach and a dock on Bocilla Bay.
Each home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and sleeps 6 comfortably. Dolphins glide by while you drink your morning coffee, and the sunset off the lanai is an evening ritual. You might think that summer is too hot in Florida, but these homes beg to differ. Run the air conditioning, lay out on the lanai to sun yourself, and walk down the steps to bathe in the soothing gulf waters. Fantastic fishing is available off the dock or in the Gulf. The far southern end of the island is a Florida State Park which is only accessible by foot or by boat! Golf courses on the mainland are all within 5 to 15 minutes of the ferry dock. We know you won't want to go home!
