The home is directly on the Gulf of Mexico, with a pool in between the house and the beach. The pool is about 75 ft. from the house, and the beach is just steps from the pool. There are spectacular, unobstructed Gulf/beach views from the large screened porch, living room, dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom. The house was recently refurbished with a new kitchen, new tile floor, new furniture and window treatments.

Directions from Southwest Florida International Airport (Ft. Myers)
Turn left out of the airport onto Daniels Parkway West. Turn left onto Summerlin Rd. for approx. 10 miles to the Sanibel Causeway tollbooth. Continue past the tollbooth onto Sanibel Island. At the 4-way stop (just over the bridge), turn right onto Periwinkle Way. Turn right at the end of Periwinkle onto Tarpon Bay Rd. At the stop sign, turn left onto Sanibel-Captiva Rd. After about 7 miles, cross small bridge onto Captiva and continue on Captiva Dr. for about 4 miles. South Seas Island Resort entrance will be on your right. Beach Home #3 is 3/4 mile straight past the security gate, and is on the left side when you pull in the driveway.
