There is no better time than a morning stroll along the beach.

Great location in the Windy Hill area of North Myrtle Beach. Very close to Barefoot Landing and the Famous "Restaurant Row". 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo, just re-decorated with all new furniture, lamps & pictures in the living room and dining area.  Berber carpet through-out our condo. Both side and direct ocean view.

Master bedroom has A WONDERFUL OCEAN VIEW, TV with VCR, queen size bed, full size dresser and mirror, ceiling fan, full size closet, and private bathroom. Second bedroom has two twin beds, full size dresser and mirror, ceiling fan and full size closet. Full kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher, breakfast bar, etc.

FREE HI-SPEED INTERNET ACCESS. We also have a Washer & Dryer in our condo. TV with a DVD/VCR and ceiling fan in the living room. Telephone with FREE LONG DISTANCE PHONE CALLS!!! Feel free to use our beach chairs. Outstanding condition and looking for renters that will take special care of our home away from home. Sleeps maximum 6 people.

The living room has a brand new queen size pull-out sofa. Swimming Pool and Bar-B-Que on property. There is a convenience store/gift shop with hand-dipped ice cream right across the street and next to that is a great little place for a sandwich and a drink. We're just about a mile to Barefoot Landing, with over 100 shops and great entertainment such as the Alabama Theater, House of Blues, Alligator Adventure and many great restaurants along with weekly fireworks!

We also use the services of a professional cleaning company, and our condo is thoroughly cleaned after each rental. This cleaning includes the use of ENVIRONMENTALLY SAFE or "Green" cleaning products. Also, every mattress and all upholstered pieces of furniture are sanitized and disinfected at regular intervals. Additional Fees
Lodging Tax: 12% Tax (not included in rental rates)

Reservations
To make a reservation, a 50% deposit is required. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations
A $25 Administration Fee will be charged if you cancel your reservation prior to your arrival date and the unit is re-rented for the originally reserved time period. If the unit is not re-rented, the renter is responsible for 1/2 of the original reservation.

Monthly Rentals
Monthly rentals available November 1st - February 28th:$995 per month (plus tax). Monthly rentals include the departure cleaning fee and all utilities.
