This home is a true Blessing when it comes to space and amenities! It's very flexible, and if you rent it as a five bedroom, the rest of the home is blocked off, and you have complete privacy!

It's seven bedrooms, five bathrooms, each with a double sink! Two Living/dining areas,two sets of washer/dryers, two kitchens, an eat-up bar that will hold a bunch of people. Perfect for large multi-family groups.

The main house has a spacious living room, dining room, well equiped kitchen, washer/dryer, master bedroom [king-size] with luxurious master bath/jacuzzi and the 2nd Bedroom with king and a double bunk. There's also a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room.

Across the pool is the Carriage House. At pool level is the 3rd bedroom [king-size], a large bathroom with double sinks and a large shower, and the 4th bedroom with another king. Both bedrooms have french doors opening onto the pool courtyard. There's also the 5th bedrom with bunk beds [sleeps two].
The Carriage House,upstairs and overlooking the pool, has a private entrance. There's another large and comfortable living room, a dining area for six, a fully equiped kitchen and washer/dryer. Still another master bedroom [king] with bathroom/jacuzzi, another bedroom [two twins], and another full bath. There's also a queen size sofa bed in the living room.

It all wraps around your own private pool with jets [heated upon request] in a private fenced, courtyard setting, the perfect place for those afternoon barbecues on the natural gas grill. Other extras include outdoor shower for rinsing off when you come in from the beach, and coveted additional paved off-street parking.
