RESERVATIONS - All prices quoted are for 7 day rentals. A 50% advance rental amount must be recieved within 12 days of booking. Receipt of a signed vacation rental agreement will be required prior to confirmation of your reservation.

TRIP INTERRUPTION INSURANCE is available as an option on each reservation. The fee for the insurance is 6.5%. RENTERS MUST HAVE TRIP INTERRUPTION INSURANCE FOR REIMBURSEMENT DUE TO MANDATORY EVACUATIONS.

ADMINISTRATION FEE AND TAXES All rental rates are subject to a $95 administration fee and state and local tax.

CHECK-IN time is between 4 PM and 5:30 PM on Saturdays and Sundays.

CHECK-OUT time is 10 AM.

CANCELLATIONS Carolina Designs Realty, Inc. must be notified in writing. If the property is re-rented for the original vacation rental agreement amount, tenant will receive a refund of the advance rental payment less 10% of the total rent. If re-rented for less than the original rate, tenant will receive the balance of the advance rental payment less 10% of the total rent plus an amount necessary to make full payment to the owner. All refunds will be made within 60 days of receipt of the re-rented advance rental payment. If the property is not re-rented, no refund will be paid.

PETS In most of our homes pets are strictly forbidden. If you bring a pet an EXTERMINATION FEE of $95 plus tax will be collected and additional deposits may be required.
