King Bed with adjoining bath suite. Large walk in closet with digital safe. Slider opens to main terrace.

Guest Bedroom #1:

One queen bed and one twin bed with adjacent bath. Large closet with digital safe. Balcony opens to views of marina and mountains.

Guest Bedroom #2:

Queen sofa bed. Room has custom made solid 1.5 inch thick wood fold away doors for privacy. Large closet. Balcony opens to views of marina and ocean. When not used as a bedroom this room is a sitting den.

Cancellation Policy:

• Up to 60 days 10% penalty if not rented. $100 If rented.
• 60 to 30 days 25% penalty if not rented. $100 if rented
• Less than 30 days no refund.

LISTED RATES ARE FOR UP TO 4 PERSONS. 5TH OR 6TH PERSON $50 EACH ADDITIONAL PER WEEK.
