BEACHFRONT WITH PRIVATE BEACH: This home is located on a private deeded beach on beautiful Crystal Beach. Due to the small guest population in the complex the beach is not crowded so you will not find wall to wall people, umbrellas and beach chairs as you will find on many beaches in Destin.

SWIMMING POOL: A lush tropical landscape surrounds the pool which is just 30 steps from the front door. This is a small 8 townhome complex and 4 of the homes are vacation rental homes so the pool is not crowded.

PRIVATE COVERED PATIO AND PRIVATE DECK: The deck is furnished with a gas BBQ grill, picnic table and chairs. The deck has chaise lounge hairs to enjoy the sun and sand and an outdoor shower to wash away the sand.

TWO PRIVATE COVERED BALCONIES: The beach is so close to this home that you can converse with family on the deck or beach from either balcony.

JACUZZI: The master bedroom is the location of the Jacuzzi. Added light is reflected from mirrors over the tub that reflect the colors of the ocean. You can soak in the tub and still view can enjoy the Gulf of Mexico while relaxing in the Jacuzzi.

LOCATION, LOCATION: Crystal Beach is an upscale neighborhood with no high rises and picturesque beach cottages with picket fences. The townhome is located less than a half mile from the heart of shopping, dining and restaurants. You can walk to Commons Mall. Family attractions and a host of water activities are located conveniently near.

WEST END UNIT: This means more windows for more interior light and a more open interior feeling. The home is set so that when you look out of the west windows you do not see the side of a building. You see miles of coastline from the living and dining area and from the third floor master suite. There is no foot traffic on the west end crossing your private deck area or walking along the side of the home which provides greater privacy.
