Kitchen has granite counters, high cabinets and Kitchen Aid stainless steel appliances including a gas stove. The home has large closets, tiled floors and a brand new laundry room.   Beautiful New bathrooms with rain head showers and a Jacuzzi tub in master bath. Comfortable furnishing throughout with a King, Queen and 4 trundle beds.

Unlimited local, and US long distance calling supplied with international calling available for a very small fee.  Home has wireless internet and broadband and cable.

The home is located just north of the Central Beach Area of Vero Beach and across the street from Indian River Shores. You can walk to everything you need including a 7/11, CVS Pharmacy, Barber shop, cleaners and the fully stocked Village Beach Market with fresh bread and a great deli. Three bikes are supplied for your use and there are bike paths that stretch for 15 plus miles north and south.  The beach is an easy stroll and the Oceanside shopping area with its boutiques, restaurants, and galleries are less than 2 miles away.  Major stores and shopping centers are just a short drive over the bridge. The marina, museum, tennis complex, and theater are all less than 2.5 miles from the home.

Home is bordered by two empty lots for your privacy.  There is an office in the home with an outside entrance that the owner may have to visit during your stay.

Walk a block and a half to a beautiful life guarded beach with miles of beach front to stroll along.

Some of Florida's best redfish, snook, and sea trout flats are a short boat ride or paddle away. Step from the backyard into your boat and be fishing in two minutes or fish right off the dock. 

Rental includes use of canoe, row boat and kayak.  Contact the owner about renting the  18 foot Sea Ray Bow rider sport boat at the back yard dock.

Weekly Rates range from $2,100-$4,200/week depending on Season & Holidays.
Florida Tourist Tax of 11% is collected on all rentals.
A Mandatory $200 Cleaning Fee per week is also charged.
Monthly Rates range from $4,000-$10,000/month depending on Length & Season.
