Our lovely beach home is available for your vacation in paradise. It on the Gulf of Mexico and you walk out onto the sandy beach, only steps to the water.
The large open Key West styled house has just been completely remodeled and decorated. Large windows allow viewing the beach and gulf from the great room/kitchen and the master bedroom.
This home has a true southern exposure that allows for sunrise and sunset viewing plus a front row seat for the native birds that visit daily.
On the lower level (connected by an elevator). the galley kitchen is all brand new and state of the art with glass cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. The black granite breakfast bar seats four and is fully equipped for your dining pleasure.
Great room on the top level has a 52" plasma TV with cable and hook up for your laptop computer. Pool table and ping pong table available. Spacious granite bar seats four or more and kitchen is equipped with a convection oven, glass top cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and is also fully equipped for your dining casual or formal.
The location is on the south end of Estero Island in Ft. Myers Beach is on the beach with undisturbed views of Lovers Key, Sanibel and Big Carlos Pass.
Everything you need to make this your home is provided, just bring your clothes and food. Santini Plaza is within walking distance with restaurants, shops of all kinds and a marina for boat rentals.
