Relax and enjoy the sunsets in style from this beautifully furnished 3,500 sq. foot, two-story home located in the exclusive Carlouel neighborhood on North Clearwater Beach.
Situated just across the street from the beach, this 4 bedroom, 3 bath home has a formal living room and dining room for entertaining guests, a family room, laundry room and fully-equipped kitchen. The downstairs bedroom includes a walk-in closet, pool views, queen bed and a full bathroom with stone shower. A spiral staircase leads to the master bedroom which includes pool views, king bed and full bathroom. A separate spiral staircase leads to the two additional upstairs bedrooms; one with full bed, one with queen bed and these bedrooms share a full bathroom.

The entire house is immaculately decorated, includes state-of-the art electronics and sound system. There is also a two-car garage. The tropical landscaping of the backyard provides privacy and peacefulness with a large deck, heated pool with waterfall and lounge chairs for relaxing. You can also enjoy the built-in spa, or have a cookout on the grill and dine outside in the amazing Florida weather. To enjoy the famous white sandy beaches, there is a private walkway access to the beach located directly across the street.

Located within two miles of the house is the City Marina where you will find endless activities to enjoy. Take a deep sea fishing excursion, a dinner cruise, or go on a dolphin sighting adventure. Or, you can go snorkeling, diving, shelling or parasailing. Available for rent are jet skis and pleasure boats to explore the waters of Clearwater.

Directly across the street from the City Marina is Pier 60 where there is always something to do. Fishing off the pier, playing sand volleyball, or just lounging by the gulf are just some of the activities to enjoy during the day. At night, "Sunset at Pier 60" takes place, this is a night-time event on the pier occurring two hours before and after sunset. This festival is filled with magicians, jugglers and musicians, along with local artisans displaying their crafts.

December thru April - $10,500.00 per month
May thru November - $8,500.00 per month

Above prices do not include $200 cleaning service fee and 12% tax. There will be a 50% deposit due upon reservation, balance due 60 days prior to check-in. A refundable security deposit of $1,000 will be required upon check-in.
