25% to confirm your stay. Cashiers check, cash or personal check (14 days in advance) No refund for cancellation inside of 90 days in season and 60 days out of season. Signing of rental agreement upon booking.

Rates quoted are for up to 8 people. Add $50 per night for each additional person over 8 people. 14 people maximum allowed.
