The formal living room features Borada ceiling, seating for eight, and a surround sound entertainment system with large screen satellite TV, DVD, and CD stereo. Its sliding glass doors open onto the pool and patio area. The gourmet kitchen includes a 5-burner gas stovetop, granite island, breakfast bar that seats two, granite serving bar, and water purification system. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room, which seats 12.
