This BRIGHT and AIRY HOUSE (constructed 2006) is awaiting your family.

The spacious 3 bedroom house comfortably sleeps 6. This is a very private location--Great for a ROMANTIC GET AWAY, just to RELAX or have FAMILY FUN.

 This secluded beauty is one of two houses located on a very large and uniquely private piece of land. Only the grass in the yard and the dunes separate you from the beach. Well, since Ike, the grass is covered by sand. With a deck,which is the deck available to renters, that is so massive it is almost as big as the house (I'm not kidding) you will have plenty of room to lounge around and take in the sun and warm ocean breezes. You can relax and see and hear the waves in one of two comfy hammocks. For your convenience there is an enclosed outdoor shower with both hot and cold water--great after a sandy day at the beach. Ocean's Twelve is our family home, so you will find all you need to have a "Wonderful time in Galveston".During the Summer,the beach is cleaned daily. You are only minutes away from the new Schlitterbahn Water Park, Moody Gardens, and the Galveston Strand. We would like to share our home with caring, thoughtful friends and families. PEAK SEASON rentals are SUNDAY to SUNDAY.

There is a $75 cleaning fee, if cleaning takes more time than usual, because of the condition of the house when you left, there will be additional charges which will be deducted from your Damage Deposit.

There is a $400 damage deposit which is refundable if there is no damage and you adhere to the agreement which will be sent to you, prior to receiving the key.

There is a 15% Galveston hotel tax

During High Season---May 2nd to Sept. 11th  we rent SUNDAY to SUNDAY

The house is located on a 3 acre piece of land between Bermuda Beach and Pirate's Beach. There are acres of green pasture to the East and North. The parking area for the now defunct Beach Pocket #3 is about 150 ft. to the West, and about 200 ft to the South is THE GULF. Straight out from the house there is nothing between you and the beach except grass/sand.
